With the aim of improving the capacity of providing materials and services while simultaneously demonstrating a sense of responsibility towards society, right from the time of operation, NMD has applied the ISO 9001:2015 standard on quality management and the ISO 14001:2015 standard on environmental management. In December 2018, the company was honorably granted the Certificate of ISO 9001:2015 Standard on Quality Management System by the TNV organization and the Certificate of ISO 14001:2015 Standard on Environmental Management System.

1. Quality Management System of ISO 9001:2015 Standard

NMD has applied the Quality Management System of ISO 9001:2015 Standard

2. Environmental Management System of ISO 14001:2015 Standard

Our mission is to comply with the law and the business's environmental policy, as well as to provide the best customer service while minimizing our environmental impact and preventing pollution, we have been applying the environmental management system of ISO 14001:2015 standard.

To maintain and optimize the effectiveness of the application of the quality management system and the environmental management system, The ISO board and department heads constantly cultivate and exchange knowledge, improve, and strictly control the quality of products and services in order to provide customers with the highest value and efficiency in the fields of production and business.

3. Management according to 5S – KAIZEN

5S is the name of a workplace management and organization system. It stands for 5 Japanese words: Seiri (整理Sort), Seiton (整頓Straighten), Seiso (清掃Shine), Seiketsu (清潔Standardize), and Shitsuke (躾Sustain).

Since November 2020, NMD has developed and implemented programs and regulations on the practice of 5S in departments and workshops in the company, conducting training activities, patrolling, and evaluating the implementation of 5S in order to create a clean and organized working environment and increase employee productivity. 

Since implementing 5S, NMD has experienced a number of positive changes, including: the workplace becoming cleaner and more organized; work processes in the office and production operations becoming easier and safer; employees being proud of their workplace; enhancing the enterprise-wide promotion of initiative; reducing waste; and enhancing competitiveness of products.
